Indoor Herbs Garden Ideas

I really like mint, dill, parsley, and basil and time to time I buy one in a pot from a supermarket. The fresh smell of herbs in my flat is so intoxicating and food not only looks so much more vibrant but also tastes so tasty with fresh ingredients. Lately I have been thinking, why not to try to to create a herb garden indoors and this of course led me to Pinterest

My favourite one is definitely the installation Urbio. There is a video that explains how easy it is to mount it. I would be really keen to check this product out. I have already decided where I would have it in my kitchen space. Also, it would be such a great way to organsise and add green to any office.

Another advantage of the installation is flexibility in terms of arrangement and elements available to pick from. They could be pots for herbs, flowers, bamboo shoots, pencils, paint brushes or anything else. I live in a rather small space so have I decided that a vertical wall gardens would work for me the best.
Vertical herb garden like this would work very well for someone who wants to add more rustic elements in their design.

Or the one above, perfect for bigger kitchens.

I was also charmed with the idea of using mugs and porcelain instead of pots. Succulents also look so good in them!

This would work so well outdoors!

Generally speaking, herbs like light so they will be quite happy near windows. I personally prefer not to have anything on my window celling as  it makes opening the windows more difficult. My poor  orchid have already been on the floor few times.

Amazon also has a few interesting, inexpensive options as the tray herb garden above.
What do you think of the one above? I cannot make my mind up.

Easy to reach and not in a way, that is what I like.

    1. Oh no! Orchids are pretty easy to take care of at least for me. My fern is just not in a happy place right now. I am still trying my best to rescue her but I cannot see it happening really. Have a fab day, Iga x
